My name is Azar. Born in Baku and crafting in Spain, seven years ago I became obsessed with a single question: What does the perfect Black Seed Oil taste like?

The Mindset (The Pivot) My background isn't in farming; it is in Operations and Compliance. I spent years in the corporate world managing complex projects where "good enough" was a failure. When I entered the food industry, I applied that same rigor. I didn't just want an authentic taste; I wanted a bulletproof process.

The Oil Gallery Standard I moved to Alicante, Spain, to build a facility that marries Eastern soul with Western safety.
